About Community Solutions Ltd.
Community Solutions was founded in 1994 by its directors Barbara Claiman and Cathy Howard. Both women gained many years of experience in the public sector, working with people with various disabilities, including acquired brain injury (ABI). During this time, they identified a major gap in the services available to individuals with ABI in smaller urban and rural settings; for example, once an individual was discharged from an in-patient rehabilitation setting, they returned to their home and community where limited services were available to support them and their unique needs.
Community Solutions offers a comprehensive, community integrated approach in rehabilitation and support services for individuals with acquired brain injuries, neurological challenges and complex multiple diagnoses.
