About Elements Support Services
Elements Support Services is a specialist rehabilitation service meeting the needs of children, youth, and adults with a brain injury or other serious trauma. Working in coordination with the Rehabilitation Team our support is instrumental and focused on the individual reaching their full potential.
Our functional therapy approach combines opportunities for therapeutic follow-through, skill acquisition and practice in real-life settings.
Services are designed to assist the person to enhance personal awareness of strengths and limitations, to continue the development of emotional confidence, feelings of self-worth, and to integrate social, recreational and productive endeavours into his or her daily life.
