Pathways to Independence

Pathways to Independence is a community based, not for profit agency providing assisted community living services and supports to people with an acquired brain injury (ABI) or a developmental disability who may also have complex needs based on their unique goals, abilities, and choices.
Pathways provides supportive housing options, day and recreation programs, psychiatric counselling and behaviour therapy, court and justice related services and short-term respite to adults with a developmental disability, an acquired brain injury, or those who may be dually diagnosed.
Operating in the South East and Champlain Regions of Ontario, Pathways is fully accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Pathways is a preferred provider of community based ABI services and supports through the Local Health Integration Networks (LHIN) that service the Champlain and South East regions of Ontario.
