Gender-Based Violence and Concussion Support

What is Life After Impact Online Training Program?

OBIA’s Life After Impact is a program designed to support adults who have experienced brain injuries, including concussions, and gender-based violence. The online training program is designed to help you better understand your concussion or brain injury and how it may be impacting your daily life.

Through practical, easy-to-follow modules, you will build knowledge, confidence, and skills that can support greater independence including tools related to employment readiness, financial health, and long-term stability.

Our online training program is split into multiple courses that focus on individual topics. You can pick the course that best helps you reach your goals, or choose to take all of them if you like. You can access this training at any time, and you can complete each course at your own pace. Each course includes a combination of written information, videos, and interactive knowledge checkpoints. In addition to the courses, you will gain access to a toolkit which will allow you to learn more about each topic and practice the skills you are learning about.

Please note that the Online Training Program is currently offered in English. A French version will be available in April, 2026.
