We were honoured to have OBIA’s CEO Ruth Wilcock share remarks on behalf of our community, and grateful to be joined by City Councillors Mike De Divitiis, Tim O’Hare, and Nella Dekker, as well as representatives from Brain Injury Community Re-entry , YourTV Niagara, and the OBIA team.
