In this episode, we explore the power of peer support through the voices of partners, mentors, and the Provincial Peer Support Coordinator from the Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA). Together, they share personal experiences and insights into the Peer Support Program offered through OBIA and local brain injury associations across Ontario.
Through honest conversations and lived experience, you’ll hear how peer support helps reduce isolation, build confidence, foster meaningful connections, and remind people that they don’t have to navigate life after brain injury alone.
Whether you’re living with a brain injury, supporting a loved one, or working in the community, this is an episode you won’t want to miss.
