Forest City Neurofeedback offers Occupational Therapy and Social Work services. Our Social Workers are trauma informed and have a diverse range of counselling expertise and experience. From caregiver support to trauma counselling, our Social Workers are here for you and your family. We offer services to both adults and children.
Our Occupational Therapists have specific expertise in concussion management. Whether you are struggling with fatigue, overwhelm, trouble in large stores, challenges with thinking, managing work or everyday life, we are here to help. We can work directly through WSIB if this is a potential for you.
What makes our clinic unique is all of our therapists can offer neurofeedback if desired. Neurofeedback is a gentle and effective modality that has been successful at reducing feelings of anxiety, low mood, irritation, and anger. Our client’s have also reported it has a positive effect on reducing ‘brain fog’. Sessions can be neurofeedback-only, or combined with Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
