The Toronto ABI Network Conference returns October 29–30, 2026, bringing together clinicians, researchers, legal professionals, survivors, family members and other leaders in the acquired brain injury (ABI) sector. Held at the Marriott Downtown CF Toronto Eaton Centre, the two-day conference will explore current research, clinical practice, rehabilitation, vocational recovery, caregiver support and emerging approaches to improving outcomes for people living with brain injury and their families.
OBIA will be represented at this year’s conference both with a presentation and a booth. Heather Nuttall, MSW, from Life After Impact, and Zoe Fallis, OT Reg. (Ont.), from Return to Work, will bring their expertise to the program. Heather and Zoe will present “Bridging the Gap After Brain Injury: Expanding the Continuum of Care for Work and Financial Well-being,” highlighting the importance of addressing employment and financial well-being as essential components of recovery and long-term support following brain injury.
With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation and knowledge sharing, the conference offers an opportunity for professionals and people with lived experience to connect, learn from emerging research and explore ways to strengthen the continuum of care for people living with ABI across Ontario.
