The Provincial Government of Ontario announced a five percent monthly increase in the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) funding for all eligible participants starting in September 2022. As of 2018, the maximum amount eligible to claim monthly for ODSP was $1,169. A five percent increase will provide an additional $58 to the maximum monthly allowance, bringing the total to $1,227. The Ontario PC Government has also stated that they will assess yearly increases based on rising inflation in Ontario and across Canada.
