Can I register for one day?

Our conference is usually sold out; therefore, it is not possible to register for just one day.

Can we have one person attend one day and someone else on the second day?

Registration includes one delegate package and one name tag.  Should you wish to split the registration, it is your responsibility to transfer the conference material.

Do people tending the exhibit booth receive meals?

All breaks and lunches are included.

Is the second floor, where the concurrent sessions are located, accessible?

Yes, there is a wheelchair elevator located at the end of the hall that can be accessed. A volunteer will be available before and after all concurrent sessions.

Is there a quiet room available if survivors need a break?

Yes, there is a quiet room available for survivors and caregivers.

Does the hotel provide fully accessible rooms?

Yes, there are a limited number of fully accessible and partially accessible rooms available.  Please describe your specific needs upon registration with the hotel.

What time does registration start on Wednesday?

Registration begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday and 7:00 am on Thursday.

Is there a special rate for survivors and family members?

There are a limited number of Thomson Rogers Diamond Sponsored scholarship registrations for survivors and family members at a cost of $50.00, limited to 1 per family.  This special rate does NOT include travel and accommodations. NOTE: The scholarship rates for the 2023 conference have been filled.

What time can sponsors and exhibitors set up?

Set up Wednesday, November 8, 2023 between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm take down Friday, November 10, 2023 after 12:00 pm.

Are there electrical outlets available for exhibit displays?

There are a limited number of exhibit spaces with electrical outlets.  There is an additional surcharge of $100.00.

Will exhibit space be assigned?

Yes, exhibit spaces will be assigned. A volunteer will escort you to your designated exhibit space.
